1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ju-C, including event discovery, business listings, jobs, advertisements, paid listing plans, and related account services. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information, safeguarding your account credentials, and all activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly through the platform if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Community Content and Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of all events, businesses, jobs, advertisements, applications, media, links, and contact details you submit. Listings must not be misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may review, flag, remove, or limit content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
4. Paid Listing Plans and Checkout
Ju-C offers paid promotional services for event listings, job listings, and advertisements. Available plan features, pricing, promotions, service fees, and the final amount due are displayed before you submit payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time charges for the selected listing or promotional service; they do not create a recurring subscription.
5. Pricing, Currency, and Authorization
Checkout charges are presented and processed in Eastern Caribbean dollars (XCD). We may display United States dollar or local-currency equivalents as estimates for convenience; the final XCD amount shown at checkout is controlling. By submitting payment, you authorize Ju-C and its payment processor to charge the displayed total, including applicable listing fees, service fees, and approved discounts.
6. Card Payments and Saved Cards
Card payments are processed by CyberSource. When you choose to save a card, CyberSource Token Management Service creates and retains the payment credential in its vault. Ju-C stores only the token references and limited display information needed to identify the card, such as its brand, last four digits, expiration month and year, and any nickname you provide; we do not store full card numbers or CVV values. Saved cards are available only to the account that saved them, may be removed from the dashboard, and require CVV verification for each payment.
7. Payment Results, Receipts, and Declines
A listing is activated only after a successful payment result or a confirmed free checkout. We may decline, reverse, or hold a transaction where required by the payment processor, financial institution, law, fraud-prevention controls, or these Terms. Transaction results and invoice details are available through your account, and we may send a transaction-result message to your Ju-C account email.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility, requests, and processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Removing, hiding, editing, or cancelling a paid listing does not automatically create a refund right. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its security or payment processes, submit false payment or identity information, attempt unauthorized access, spam users, scrape or copy platform content without permission, or use Ju-C for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
10. Intellectual Property
Ju-C and its design, branding, software, and platform materials are protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting us a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt it as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that users will act as represented, or that promotional services will produce a particular level of views, responses, attendance, clicks, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ju-C is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, payment practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised Last updated date. Continuing to use Ju-C after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
