Return & Refund Policy
Last updated September 17, 2026
1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to paid promotional services purchased on Ju-C, including event listings, job listings, and advertisements. These are digital services delivered through the platform, not physical goods.
2. Digital Services and Final Sales
Paid listings and advertisements may be published or receive their selected promotional treatment shortly after a successful checkout. Because the service is digital and can begin immediately, purchases are generally final once a listing or advertisement has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under this Policy.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Technical failure: payment was successful but the paid listing or advertisement was not activated because of a Ju-C technical issue.
- Billing error: the completed charge did not match the final XCD amount shown to you at checkout.
- Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Situations That Are Generally Not Refundable
- A paid listing or advertisement has already gone live or received its selected promotional service.
- You change your mind, cancel an event, remove a listing, or no longer wish to advertise after activation.
- A listing or advertisement is rejected, removed, hidden, or flagged because it violates our Terms or applicable law.
- A listing or advertisement receives fewer views, clicks, applications, sales, RSVPs, or attendees than expected.
- A currency-conversion estimate differs from the final XCD price displayed at checkout.
- Free listings or other services for which no payment was collected.
5. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through the contact options on the platform within 7 days of the charge. Include your Ju-C account email, transaction or invoice reference, purchase date, and a concise description of the issue. We may request information reasonably needed to investigate the request. Please do not send full card numbers or CVV values to us.
6. Review and Refund Processing
We review requests individually against this Policy and applicable law. If approved, refunds are issued in XCD to the original payment method through CyberSource where possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional processing time before the credit appears and may apply its own currency conversion or other terms. We cannot control those timing or conversion practices.
7. Saved Cards and Payment Disputes
Removing a saved card prevents future use through your Ju-C account but does not reverse completed purchases. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us promptly through the platform and also follow your card issuer’s procedures. We may need to share relevant transaction records with CyberSource, your financial institution, or authorities to investigate suspected fraud or a payment dispute.
8. Cancellations and Listing Changes
You may manage eligible listings from your dashboard. Hiding, editing, deleting, or cancelling a paid listing or advertisement does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused promotional time, unless one of the eligible situations above applies or law requires otherwise.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy when our services, payment practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted here with a revised Last updated date.
10. Contact Us
For questions about a refund or a purchase, please use the contact options available on the platform.
